Kacha aam ka meetha achaar

Aavsak samgri

Kacha aam = 3 cup kadukas kiya hua

Chini     = 2 cup

Lal mirchi powder = 2 chote spoon

Haldi powder = 1 spoon

Namak sawadke aanusar = 1 spoon

Jeera = 1 spoon


Vidhi


Sbse pehle aap bartan me ksa hua aam, haldi powder or namak dalkar milaye or ese 1 gante ke liye rkha rehne de.

Aam ke misran me se sara pani niklne ke bad ese ak saf malmal ke kapde me dale or kapde ko kaskr bande or latka de taki mixcher ka sara pani nikal jaye.

Eske bad aam ko ak chode kinare wale bartan me nikal le or fir esme chini dale aam ke mixcher ko saf or suke chamch ( spoon) se chalakr milaye, or eske bad bartan pr saf or suka malmal ka kapda bandkr dahk de.


Ab bartan ko 5 se 10 din ke liye dhoop me rakhe, sam hote hi bartan ko andar rakh de or es pr se kapda hatakar dakan se dhak de agle din dhoop me rkhte samay aachar ko saf or suke spoon se chalakr fir se kapde se dhak de.

Sam ke aachar me chasni gadi or chipchipi ho jaye to fir lal mirchi  powder or jeera powder dalkr mix kr de, aam ka meetha aachar bankr teyar hai ab ese kanch ke jar me dalkr rakh skte hai. Or jb chahe nikal kr kha skte hai
